As a mother of two, she co-created the “Binding” and “Four Seasons” series with her daughter, exploring the meaning of individual life and engaging in dialogue with the era.
During the pandemic, She faced immense life challenges, including the loss of family members, her father’s serious illness, her mother’s deafness, and startling discoveries about her own origin. However, she was not defeated. Instead, she transformed these experiences into strength, finding healing through artistic creation, and established the NagaNana brand. Her work “TAO” combines music, painting, pottery, and digital media, filled with emotional fluidity and the rhythm of freedom. It incorporates her personal memories within Eastern culture and her understanding of the cosmic life.
Born in the millennium-old porcelain city of Liling, she later married into the ceramic family of Dongbao Wei Mountain Wen. With a deep love for life and pursuit of art, she co-founded the TRgallery Life Art Center with Mr. Wen Li, a sixth-generation heir, establishing herself as a pioneer in contemporary living ceramic art.
Her life journey is interwoven with her rich artistic practice. From immersing herself in the Pipa at age 8 to the passion of a rock band at 18, she has continuously explored the liberating power of music for the soul. As an adult, She’s identity has been multifaceted, evolving from a teacher to a radio host, and from an entrepreneur to a promoter of cultural arts.
